If any area or portion of the synthetic turf substantially changes color (as distinguished from a change in texture) or if pile heights decrease fifty percent or more in any area or portion of the synthetic turf due to ultraviolet degradation within five years after its initial installation, subject only to the limitations listed below, U.S. Greentech, Inc. will have all such areas or portions replaced with new turf or equivalent quality, excluding installation costs.

General provisions of this limited warranty apply only to the wear of the turf, and do not apply to damage incurred during installation, willful or negligent abuses, or damage by maintenance equipment. The limited warranty does not apply to installations which have not been properly maintained, according to U.S. Greentech, Inc. maintenance policies.

Replacement value will be one hundred percent up to five years. A fifty percent value beginning at year six, with reduction of five percent value for each year of life afterwards, up to and including the fifteenth year.

The expressed limited warranty excludes all implied warranties; and said manufacturer shall in no event be liable for a breach or warranty in any amount exceeding the mill invoice price of the turf. Registration of the limited warranty must be made within thirty days of installation, certificate must be presented for warranty protection. Limited warranty is not valid unless signed by an officer of U.S. Greentech, Inc.

All materials deemed defective from manufacturing by U.S. Greentech, Inc. will be replaced at no cost, including labor and shipping for period of one year from date of installation.

This warranty becomes void if ownership of this installation is transferred in a real-estate transaction.
